The Sibal Idea of Pre-Censorship

So yesterday twitter was full of #IdiotKapilSibal which topped the twitter tag for the entire day. Due to busy schedule I was unable to cope up with the news that Union Min for IT has proposed for some pre-screening of all the data that might hurt sentiments of people or trigger communal violence. But news reports lightens the truth, its not because for the common man but for Mrs. Gandhi. Because someone posted hatred comments about Sonia Gandhi on her facebook profile its hurting Congress the most. Well nobody is saying that this should happen or that person has proposed his anger in the right manner. But why now ? Internet revolution started around 2005/06 when mobile broadband came into place and since my early days the internet is full of Anti-Hindu comments,posts,pics and all the fuzzy stuffs. Where was Mr Sibal then ? Well we know the truth don’t we ?

Talking about the main point how a union cabinet minister can suggest something rubbish like this. A TOI quote says it all “The demand of humanized monitoring of all the contents before uploading to social networking sites is directly asking them to shut down the site”. How come he don’t know this is impossible ? Well a tweet from a friend clarifies the situation a bit. The tweet said “When you make a lawyer the IT minister you should expect these kinda things”. Well the situation is almost same here in Odisha, my very own state where a HSC passed Tribal is the minister for IT. Well tribal is not the problem the problem lies at the HSC. How the hell a high School (10th standard) passed person will operate the ministry ? Absolute vandalism. Coming back to Sibal from the News Conference he was addressing anybody can assume that he was pity serious about the matter and can take tough steps to shut down the last resort of Freedom of Speech. Can we let that happen ? Even if Congress denies a million times its the Anna Hazare lead Anti-Corruption Crusade’s success behind Sibal’s idea. Now if anything frenzy happens its our turn to protect our Democracy and Freedom of Speech. At last we all should stand up and call for a system change. We can’t accept a lawyer or a HSC to take decisions on billion $ IT Industry that’s bread and butter for the Youth these days. Stand up and call for change. Jai Hind.

Don’t search She’ll come to you

I always wanted to love and be loved since I learned the very concept of true love. One line that really touched my heart was “Love is not searched it happens”. Though I always wished the same for myself that someday I’ll fall in love with somebody through all these years I searched for my love. Every beautiful girl I saw wanted to fall in love with her, but could never control myself to move to a better one. I also tried to attach myself to one girl and forget all others every time, but that never happened. Do you know why ? Because those were not Love those were just attractions towards opposite sex. I was trying to choose the best option among many available options, but that’s not love. This is what I did and was trying to do till late 2009. Then something happened.

One evening returning from NT class I saw an amazing face. First impression beautiful girl, I can love her. That was attraction that I mentioned above. But that was not only attraction, God had different plans for me. With time the some unknown feelings were triggered. There were less beautiful faces on road and after some days ( Feb 2010) there were no beautiful girls around. Days became longer waiting for her and the weekdays she wasn’t there were terrible. Then I realised I’m in love. I was so much attached to her, but there was no way I could talk to her or convey my feelings. As I said this things were planted for me. I found a new friend a pity close one just in front of her house . After this things were much simpler, gradually I indulged in conversation with her at about early 2011. I don’t know if she had any feelings for me or that came later but definitely there was something for me inside her heart. Conversations became longer, happier and deeper. All other girls are dead by this time and she’s the only beauty here. Finally I told her and you know the rest. This is how I found my love.

So what’s the connection of this story with the title. You kindaa know I was searching for a girl all that time and suddenly she came to my house, was known to my family, found a friend near her house so eyes could meet and finally took the only most important position in my life. I fell in love with her, she accepted my love all these were great. This indicated one thing Love happens and there is one supreme power that’ll help you to make her yours irrespective of surrounding environment. So just wait for her don’t search, she’s somewhere you just wait for the right moment. At the end of this I just wanna say I’m really grateful to God for a wonderful partner.

Unconditional Love. Does the word exist today ?

From our very childhood we’ve studied great love stories of Layla and Majnu, HirRanja, Gauri-Shankar and the list goes on. When the teacher taught us all these epic love stories they were just chapters of literature as good as a Optics in Physics ,Ketone in Chem. or Reproduction in Biology. The teacher might be aware of the real emotions and greatness involved in it but what it was for students like us, did he ever even try to infer ? Well I’ll tell you the truth if you unaware of the fact. For students like me ( Naughty, irregular, manner-less and so on ) the above stories were just a tool to have fun with friends and try to find out answers to ruthless questions……Were they involved in pre-marital sex ? What was the place for their intercourse? How the hell she didn’t conceive without a condom ? and if you’re normal like me then you can guess the series of questions. Interpreting these stories wasn’t a difficult task as we have also explored the xxx part of Mahabharata and Ramayana(Sorry Bhagwan) . But now reading these stories again brings a lot of feelings because this is a time when you must have a lover (GF is not applicable) for future purpose and safety. I am today really anxious to know whether unconditional true love is possible or not from both the sides. Just below I’ve cited a few incidents & tried to find out the answer but the conclusion depends on you.

Real life stories

Part-1 Unconditional Sex, Near Kalyani Nagar UPL

I’ve a friend very handsome & dashing who lives nearby (shifted recently). Tech gurus have named this time the Facebook age where people like me spent 10hours eying at the monitor as excited as a sixth standard boy exploring undercover parts of a lady. Talking about this friend he has already surpassed my records of computing time. He receives so many friend requests because his profile pics are not private that’s why any girl can explore and feel seductive about those. Well he’s not like me adding only known persons to his profile. After accepting the friend request he talks with them(fb chat is free 24x7) and flirts. While talking about a new girl he was recently chatting with I acknowledged that the girl is much more interested in my friend. So I suggested him to flirt,flirt and flirt and to have sex with her just to gain experience as any girl will do it with him after 720hrs of relationship. His response was honest from a girls point of view but you’ll say only the word mf after listing in. The exact words were 'I'll tell her that I want to have sex with you just to have fun and experience. There is no way I can marry you.’ Well this kind of unconditional one night stands are little difficult in Tier-II cities like Cuttack my friend. More than a dozen para are in line to be committed with him but he’s kind of free guy who love to live as a single. I guess this story fails to explain the basic question of Unconditional love and introduces a new word Unconditional Sex which makes it difficult to conclude.

Part-2 Loose your V and marry to a girl Papa Selects, Near Nuapada,Cuttack

Another friend has a beautiful solution to drastic conditions and great sense of humour about Love and Sex. He’s currently flirting with a girl , he loved ( we were told he loves) from 5 long years. After getting her contact no the Cuttack Love Express is running smoothly without any Maoist attacks. His point is flirt now and have a great physical life with a beautiful girl and finally marry a beautiful Brahmin Girl that Papa selects. His answer to my question ‘If you discover your wife is not virgin then what’ll you do ?’was brilliant. The answer reads as follows ‘I’ll go to Kolkata’s Red-Light area, pay Rs.3000 and rupture the layer of a teenager.’ Wow the idea is mind-blowing. Where does he stand in my question, probably no where in my view. No this doesn’t provide my answer .

Part-3 Search, impress, fuck and marry , East,Phulnakhara

Most people will probably vote this one as the best solution for all future problems. Find a beautiful girl, impress her, as she’s nice piece of art-work enjoy as much as you can from the day she gives access you to the epicentre , impress Maa-Papa and marry her. Now you’re happy ? You might utter Perfect !, but I have a problem with it. Where is the love part ? You choose her because she’s beautiful and she did the same because of desire of a settled life. This is more a kind of agreement from both the sides. I’ve no problem in the above except ‘Find a beautiful Girl’. This ultimately means you’re trying to fall in love but you weren’t in love. Though this story may lead to conclusion of my question for many , being a true story it’s now in the impress-fuck-…..line. They are having a great park smooching and …………but they still have to access LOI from the deadly pair(Parent). Again you’ll say Jab Miya Biwi Raji Kya Karega Kaji ? Here kaji’ll do nothing but as the Miyan is my friend and I can give you in writing if they marry it’ll soon reach at Talak-Talak-Talak. Why ? Because the girl only knows the boyfriend not the real one hidden inside him. Though he’s my friend he’s mean, miser(not now), selfish and poor social interactions. How can a girl live with such a person ? Well as far as my question , I’ll never say this unconditional as my friend forced his mate to give access to her private parts just to ensure she’ll be booked forever.

Part-4 Love and Break Up, Madhupatana

This friend’s story has a really sad ending but this might help me to reach a conclusion. My friend had a great relationship lasted about 1yr but unfortunately with the help of reverse engineering solutions he came to know about the real intentions of the girl. She only wanted to encash as much Gandhi Notes as she could. Now he’s single but she’s not single. Here though I am forced to think that my friend was honest from his side and didn’t receive what he should’ve , I must see this from the girls point of view. Frankly speaking girls like this themself know it very well, they can only be part time solutions not permanent to anyone (I don’t know how serious my friend was). That’s why may be she perceived the relationship as a game and broke it up. So no solution to my questions here. ( Funny part is when one of my friend saw the leading lady of this story the words he uttered were ‘'Mai Hati’'’.)

Part-5 Pre-marital promises rinsed off, Old JG Road

Here the couple is married(love marriage). Though the boy is dashing he’s not qualified enough for this girl. Before marriage the girl was promised to continue her education from the boy and his family now time’s changed. Now the boy wants her wife to quit her studies and take care of his step-mother(There as many people at his house to take care of that 50yr old lady who is absolutely fine). Being a witness of this one I’ve seen the girl fighting with her parents to marry this boy. As far as I know the relationship was stable until the boy raised this point. What’s the answer to my question ? Better you decide. I’ll just say the girl deserved better than this.

Part-6 Love and Floating emotion Old JG Road,N Nagar

There’s a boy I know who always said I just wanna fall in love. He used to say the day I’ll fall in love it’ll be like all others girls are dead for me. Now he has fallen(please note fallen not searched for anyone) in love and loves the girl very much. Though he has received many positive response from the girl due to lack of courage the story is still a Times Now developing story. The point is he loves the girl very much but is unable to control his emotions.Whenever he looks at a maal ‘'Uska Imman Dagmaga Jaata Hai’'. Then after some times he feels sorry about this but again the same thing happens. Though it seems that love is unconditional here it is not. Because the boy has a perception that good girls are really endangered species like Vultures. He just want to ensure his future with a good girl. Well we can reach any conclusions after the girls point of view is cleared.

I hope you can provide me a answer to my question ‘Uncomditional True Love Exists or not ?’. Read and enjoy. Not allowed for boaring and pakau people. Words used are just for fun and to show depth of story.

Nokia’s Android mistake

So, finally what critics expected happened this past month. NOKIA –The Worlds Largest Mobile Phone especially Smartphone manufacturer has slipped to No. 3 this Q3. Stephen Elop’s says it was expected as the BIG(I wonder it may result tiny results) Nokia Microsoft Windows Phone 7 platform transition is going on. But did Elop missed that experts speculated that Nokia’s gonna loose the crown on Q1 or at the beginning of Q2 2011 ? Nokia still denying that their mistake lead them here. Well I have done a detailed analysis of the Great Smartphone war and I’m gonna tell you why Nokia lost the crown.

Why Nokia is at No.3 in Smartphone sales today

Desire of Monopoly- This is one of the biggest mistakes that major Corporates are aiming at these days. Nokia had that so called dream run in the past decade with the Symbian toys. With graphs heading higher and higher executives at Nokia forgot that they’re not alone here.
What’s new ?- Just imagine the past decade and Nokia’s stuck between two things Series 40 and Symbian. Did Finnish company fail to study that Software is as important as hardware ?Even with Symbian we got nothing new.
Apple and Steve Jobs – I remember a report in the TOI that read ‘Nokia goes in days and Apple in years’. The report cited that Nokia sales (in late 2009) more smartphones in a day that Apple does in a year with its iPhone 2 & 3 line up. Well on one side Nokia stopped at the semiconductor R&D and on the contrary Steve Jobs boys at 1 Infinite Loop worked hard to put Mac on a phone and irked the rivals with iOS. We all know Apple don’t manufacture a single iPhone and that's all done by a Chinese Ge & Si pro Foxconn. People all over the world don’t trust a Chinese semiconductor product but now they’re fighting for the same with just an Apple logo.
Android from nowhere – When Google landed with Android ( with OHA) Apple saw it coming but the married couple Nokia and Microsoft continued to ignore it until Samsung created a mess of iPhone 3GS with Galaxy S, but it was too late. Apple launched iPhone 4 before time just to hit sales of the Motorola Droid and Samsung Galaxy S and Nokia remained on silent mode about much awaited N8 and N900.
Billion Apps, Million sites- Till date Symbian platform has the largest stock of Apps ( about a million v/s Apple’s 350,000 now). But the apps are available scattered across the web. Sites like ZDedge and Mobile9.com did make a lot of money but as of a customer it was hard to find an app at one place. Apple from day one provided the developers and users one stage the App Store to Create,Publish and Get Paid which encouraged both users and developers. The conlcusion was Nokia failed here too to take the advantage of vast developer community and million apps. Even though they came up with Ovi.com it was too late.
Symbian Series 40 and Symbian- It was like clock stopped for Nokia at Symbian fro 06-10 until they decided to migrated to Win Ph 7. People became bored of just getting the same food from N72 to N81. They should’ve thought of Windows Phone or Android much before death.
Dual SIM phones – Here in India Chinese manufactures to local players flooded the market with Dual SIM phones but Nokia remained defiant to a billion people till Q3 2011. So late to get into ? Micromax a local player gained 3rd row in Indian markets within less than a year for theses so called economy Dual SIM phones but Nokia………no words.
N72 a Smartphone ?- People who were buying Nokia’s Symbian smartphone didn't even know that they’ve a smartphone. Nokia sold all those ARM powered toys just because they were good at looks and stronger than tennis balls. When people came to know about a Smartphone and a Feature phone they only discovered Feature phones from Nokia as no body was aware that N72 is also a smartphone.

Linux- Why a powerful stuff but not breaking through Billy's Microsoft Windows ?

It's already been a couple of years I am using a very popular distribution Linux. Let me tell you people around me hearing the word Linux utters only few commons word “ Linux ! It's good and powerful but difficult to use. I installed it my Computer but wasn't able to use it, so uninstalled the very day.”

After using this UBUNTU Operating System finally now i understand why a common man who's not a tech savvier prefers decade old Windows XP rather than most advance Linux Os like Ubuntu Lucid Lynx, Mandriva 2010 Spring or Fedora 5. Though there are hundreds of points I came across where Windows is Preferable than Linux I am just saying a few as of my experience.

The most powerful tool that developers around the world like in Linux is Shell or Terminal ( Just like Command Prompt in windows ), but I found that it's the main obstacle for a common man. In no doubt Linux Shell can perform any task within that OS, but starting from installing a common programme to deleting and creating a directory inside Root drive ( The drive where OS is stored ) you need the terminal. In case of windows you just need to click the “Permission” button where as here you have to memorize a hundreds of commands and there applications for general purpose.

Today from laptops computers to Smartphone and Tablet manufactures knows that product will survive which can provide a lot of apps for the device. But the primary fact that is driving the tech world is most difficult in Linux- Installing a app. Just look the formats .deb, .rpm, .tar, .tar.bz2 , .tar.gz I mean there are so many file formats of apps, where as in case of windows you have the.exe just double click click next few times you'll have your software.

Let's take a particular example of a very useful and most popular software/app- Mozilla Firefox. As I have both the OS i.e Windows and Linux when Mozilla launched the Firefox4 Beta I downloaded the exe and the tar ball both. I installed the Firefox in just few seconds, but in Linux you won't believe it it took several weeks to learn me how to install the tar ball especially Firefox after watching a video on YouTube.com .

This is just one example. You will face lot's of problems in using Linux. So at last I want to say a very simple line. “ Linux is powerful but a little bit difficult to use. So try to learn it and use it. But at last will prefer Windows Se7en that any Linux OS.

What I learnt from “The USA & UK Movies”.

Well from almost all American and British movies one thing I clearly understood that in USA & UK love is temporary and also few things which reads as follows. Half of the Americans are either agents of FBI or CIA. There is always a girl in danger and you have to save her whether you know her or not. You have to kiss that girl irrespective of the time span you know her. All the aliens and evil powers first attack on America. Any social movie of US must have a guy from a billionaire family and so on. If you have any more Ideas please comment.

Microsoft Killing Windows By 2023

Microsoft finally declared that it will not dissappoint it's 30 crore windows users. Steve Balmer said on an exclusive interview with Microsoft's very own MSNBC thst though Redmond is pitty busy in making Singularity 3.0 and Midori 1.0 it's still working on windows. As Bill Gates announced Redmond has done almost 50% with windows 8 and they are now looking towards other prospectives of windows. As we know there are lot's of noise at Mountain View(Google Headquaters) on cloud based Chrome OS and PC based Android. Microsoft is also working on a cloud OS name & details kept secret Redmond Boss knows that all these are target to kill windows. So Microsoft wants to kill windows slowly by tself raher than Android , SnowLeopard, or Linux & Others. Though Windows 7 dumped all selling records Apple's MAC OS X Snow Leopard also gave apple a reason to smile. If we are talking about Google from Android Mobile OS, Chrome ,YouTube it's not a part that Micrsoft will not forget. We know with google's huge popularity it can turn things around like it did with NEXUS One. So it is impotatnt for Microsoft that it how it points out the challenges coming in future.

Microsoft Windows 7 Trashed The Records

Microsoft's Latest Windows NT based Operating System the Microsoft WINDOWS 7 trashed all the recordes in the page. This latst bug sold a 30 million copies worldwide in less than 180 day's of lunch yeilding a $12.2 billion for Steve Balmer.Before this about 12 million people sined up for testing the Release Candidates(Including me) which is a record itself. Microsoft released a press note and declared this ot their official blog TechNet.com.Microsoft also indicated that WINDOWS 8 may not be the last WINDOWS based operating system.There may be another WINDOWS OS before launching of MIDORI Base System as Microsoft has declared that it will uncover Midori on or before 2011.

The WINDOWS logo and other words used are Trademarks of MICROSOFT Corporation.

Placement,Strike and EAST

On 1st of Feb 2010 I went to college with Mr. Anuj Panda and I saw at lest 150 students are protesting against the failure of campus placement of 7th sem by the authority.In a reverse view I saw some of my friends are also there.It was a vision what will happen after 2 years but it wasn't Asi... was there and so were others.I couldn't get the point that why they are withe the 7th sem students.......probaly because they see the future in them.But I didn't so it was cool that I was not with them......Thanks

Life in a Zero Star

It was a bright sunny morning.I still remember the date because it's not a good one to forget at least for me.It was 23 rd Jan 2010 10:00 AM on the clock just before 52 hours of my PSD Exam .I was very much busy in reading suddenly I heard something very old & very popular words of course those were nasty comments passed by 2 boys probably of class 11 going in bike wearing dress of a eminent school of my city & targeted the Slum girls walking to Local Oriya Medium school.I thought there will be a returning bomb(word) from girls side but nothing happened like that.I was thinking about this whole sort of thing suddenly mom came in & said books are down on the table not outside window.Then I started reading again & mom sat aside me because I told her that PSD is a difficult subject.After 10 min mom left because she has go to office.Then at about 10:45 again I heard nasty comments in a loud and multiple voice.It was a students of No 1 school of my city acting up on the girls of 6-7th class inside the big & luxurious TATA School Bus.Of course the girls were walking.Then no exam force could keep me out of thinking that who gave the rights to this enriched people to threaten poor people by any means any time without any punishment .They think because they are living a five star life and these poor people who maintains the balance of our society lives on a zero star they can act up on there will.There may be a solution but it is not tough to provide one kind of education to all class of people but the govt must think about this.This can be solved by implimanting a new rule.Just a few days ao govt definietly did some good stuff by announcing that poor students will read at private schools with govt expenditure but still taht will not provide asolution to all these problems.
